Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at CustomersupportWSPH@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
